The Isola I forms part of a range of medium format cameras produced in Germany from the mid 1950's until 1963. They were made by Agfa and this model dates from 1957. It has a cool, black & silver design with an extendible front lens. It uses 120 roll film: still made today. It is made of metal and the body is covered in a grained, black leatherette. A zone focusing system & simple aperture setting ensures the camera is easy to operate. It comes complete with a tan, leatherette case. No batteries are required.
